The mexican mojito is a variation of the classic mojito... just use white tequila instead of rum and add two drops of tabasco!
Recipe Execution:
Add lime juice, sugar and mint leaves to a cocktail shaker.
Use a cocktail muddler tomuddle the ingredients.
Fill the glass with crushed ice.
Add tequila and stir.
Finally add soda water, two drops of tabasco and stir gently.
Garnish with a peak of mint (4-5 leaves to the trunk).
