Combine milk, Egg Yolk in a saucepan and mix them.
Heat over lowest setting until slowly bring milk mixture to a boil.
Pour rum and cointreau, some nutmeg and cinnamon in the mix and stir.
Serve it in a glass with some whipped cream.
