Long Island Iced Tea Cocktail recipe consists of vodka, gin, light rum, tequila, triple sec, lemon juice, simple syrup, and cola. The Long Island Iced Tea was named for its resemblance to non-alcoholic Iced tea.

15 ml Gomme syrup

Recipe Execution: 

Pour all of the ingredients, except the cola, in a cocktail shaker.
Fill with ice and shake.
Strain into a Colins glass with crushed ice.
Top up with Cola.
Garnish with 2 slices of lime.
